1. Brief Introduction(Machine Application)
YDZ100 hydraulic Typing(Marking) Machine is mainly used for printing angle steel and steel plate in electric power, communication, steel structure and other industries. This machine has a wide processing range, high efficiency and simple operation.
Mechanical Structure Overview
The equipment is composed of three parts: Mechanical Part, Electrical Control Part, and Hydraulic Power Part.
1) Mechanical Part
The mechanical part is composed of a typing body, a base, a typing cylinder, a pressure head, a character box, and a character box seat.
2) Hydraulic Power Part
The hydraulic power part is composed of oil tank, electric motor, high and low pressure pump group, cooler, main valve group and other control valve groups.
3) Electrical Control Part
The electrical control part is composed of AC contactors, circuit breakers, relays, etc.
